Day four ...wow that went quickly!
Day four ...wow that went quickly!
Awoke to snow! A chance to explore Krakow despite having to brace the elements!
Our guys managed to look a little interested despite the mix up with tour guide and focus of tour, castle was pretty, hot chocolate delicious, whole city totes fab!
After some free time we met for our final tour meal at The Hard Rock Cafe, enjoyed by all!
Then a final, last minute dash for souvenirs and we returned to our hotel to await our connection to the airport. This time was used to great effect...
Ryan tried to teach Miss Wheelhouse how to cut shapes, (that's a dance, not a craft activity, lol), whilst others showed off their party moves, Mr Reeves demonstrated 'the worm', we took an all inclusive 'dab' photo, and finished off with a cheeky 'mannequin challenge' ...comedy gold!
And suddenly it was over, time to say goodbye to Krakow and we were off to the airport heading for a positively tropical Essex.

Such an amazing trip, great places, lovely people, most of all the chance to see our students in a different context, having fun, all getting along so well, confident, respectful and sensitive, such a privilege. 😀
I had an amazing first trip to Berlin and Krakow. The students did us very proud and were a pleasure to spend 4 days with. Not only did they make me laugh out loud... a lot... but most showed a genuine interest in History! Definitely some future historians! Thank to all of the students, Ms W and Mr R for an incredible trip! 😀
Worth every second of worry and stress planning this trip. Humbled by their appreciation, so proud of their behaviour, impressed that they actually remembered some of the topics from class, ...just so much fun! Thanks guys for making it memorable for all the right reasons, and a massive thanks to Mr R and Miss P for their had work, great company and all round awesomeness,😀
